Aqua Shard

This summer we are working with with David Yeo, owner of the global Aqua Restaurant Group, to launch Aqua Shard on the 31st floor of London’s new architectural icon – Renzo Piano’s The Shard.

The menu, created by Yeo and executive chef Anthony Garlando, a protégé of master chef Pierre Gagnaire, combines classic British ingredients sourced from around the British Isles with Garlando’s innovative cooking techniques.
